SCM Design v4.04

SCM Design allows design and review engineers to meet Volume 3, Chapter 4 Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) Design criteria. SCM Design v4.04 provides minor updates to incorporate changes to criteria issued in October 2026 related to forebay sizing and rooftop systems (green and blue-green roofs).
